General Introduction and Acceptance
8up (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we" or "us") is an online gaming and betting service provider. By accessing the website 8up.cam or creating an account, you are deemed to have read, understood and fully agreed to these terms and conditions.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.3 One Account Policy
Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are identified under the same person, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be considered void.
2.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
Age Verification and Responsible Gaming
8up provides services only to individuals aged 21 or above. We may request proof of age during account verification. A national ID card, passport or birth registration certificate will be accepted as valid documents.
We believe in responsible gaming. Users may set their own deposit limits, temporarily suspend their account or permanently close it at any time. Any such request can be made through our 24/7 live chat support.
Creating or operating an account on behalf of a minor is a serious offence, and 8up reserves the right to take legal action against it.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
8up currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, however additional verification may be required for large transactions.
- Only use a payment method registered in your own name.
- Depositing funds from a third-party account is strictly prohibited.
- Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.
4.3 Transaction Cancellation
8up reserves the right to hold or cancel any deposit or withdrawal in cases of suspicious transactions, suspected money laundering or fraud. In such cases, the account may be suspended and the relevant authorities may be notified.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A 25x wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn.
- A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive the bonus.
- Bonus funds may only be used on supported games.
- Multiple welcome bonuses cannot be claimed from the same device, IP address or household.
- If a withdrawal is attempted before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.
5.2 VIP and Cashback Program
8up has three VIP tiers. You can advance to higher tiers through regular play:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback and priority support.
5.3 Promotional Terms
Each promotion may have its own terms, which will be stated in the promotion details. 8up reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion. If bonus abuse is suspected, all bonuses on the relevant account will be cancelled.
Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play Guarantee
8up uses software from reputable game providers only. Our platform features games from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe and other leading providers. All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) which ensures completely unbiased outcomes.
6.2 Right to Cancel Bets
8up reserves the right to cancel or amend bets in the event of a technical error, unusual betting patterns or incorrect game data. In such cases, the staked amount will be refunded.
6.3 Technical Issues
If a game is left incomplete due to loss of internet connection or a device issue, the outcome of that game will be determined according to the server logs. 8up's decision on such matters is final.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination:
- Abusing the bonus system or claiming bonuses through fraudulent means.
- Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Using automated software, bots or scripts to play games.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to hack, manipulate or gain unauthorised access to the system.
- Harassing, threatening or defrauding other users.
- Exploiting any vulnerability or bug identified on the platform.
Account Suspension and Termination
8.1 Suspension by 8up
8up may immediately suspend or permanently terminate any account under the following circumstances:
- Suspected or proven breach of the terms and conditions.
- Providing false information or forged documents.
- Fraudulent financial activity.
- Failure to pass age verification.
- Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
8.2 Closure at User's Request
You may permanently close your account at any time. If a real money balance exists at the time of the request, the account will be closed after the withdrawal process is completed.
8.3 Inactive Accounts
If there is no login or transaction for 12 months or more, the account will be marked as inactive. A monthly maintenance fee may be deducted from inactive accounts. Prior notice will be sent by email.
Privacy and Data Protection

- Issues arising from third-party payment gateways.
- Problems with the user's own device or internet connection.
- User negligence or intentional breach of terms.
- Unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.).
Under any circumstances, 8up's maximum liability will be equal to the principal amount deposited in the user's account.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 8up website — logos, designs, text, graphics, software and code — is the exclusive property of 8up. Reproducing, distributing or commercially using this content without permission is strictly prohibited.
Content from game providers is protected under their own intellectual property laws. 8up uses it only through licensing.
Changes to Terms
8up reserves the right to partially or fully modify these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified by email or through a notice on the platform.
